The UK Well-Being Week is a chance to grow, to discover something new, and to improve the quality of your life through well-being.

Many of the course are free to join and by doing it through Zoom, you can maintain your own safety and that of others.

All the courses throughout the The UK Well-Being Week are via Zoom, allowing you to learn from the comfort of your own home. This bring any of the courses, straight into your living room, workplace or wherever you are & on any device! Whether you’re discovering the rejuvenation of mindfulness with Now Unlimited, learning new ways to become more resilient with LOROS or experiencing meditation for the first time, Zoom has you covered.

Sally Pearce

Sally is currently the head trainer for Foundation Training, a successful training company in the East Midlands who have specialised in the healthcare industry.

Daniel Batty

Daniel is the director of Kaizen Sports, a West Yorkshire based training provider for primary schools. Daniel has had great success with the Kaizen YouTube channel and with local schools in the Leeds area.

Pravin Navekar

Pravin is currently the director of Now Unlimited, a social enterprise that provides a range of programmes on resilience, mindfulness and personal growth and development.

Christopher Batty

Christopher is a senior trainer for the Leicestershire Training Team, a first aid training instructor and specialist in providing clinical and mandatory training to nurses, care staff and management in the healthcare industry.
